Rossini Illuminazione was chosen to supply the lighting for the executive offices of the latest Milanese metro line, M4.
Located on Piazza Castello in the heart of Milan, the spaces feature a structure typical of the city’s historic palazzos, and they were completely renovated and given a contemporary feel with white finishes, clear glass partition walls and minimalist furniture.

They needed to be efficient and welcoming, and the lighting played a decisive role.
The new system had to integrate with the existing architecture as well as achieving considerable savings in energy consumption and maintenance, and the lighting had to be glare-free to ensure the best possible working conditions.

Rossini Illuminazione studied the setting, with due consideration to the presence of people and the contribution made by natural light, before installing two cutting-edge models of lamp, specifically designed for the workplace, ensuring excellent lighting and low energy consumption. Both models feature a simple, light, modern aesthetic to perfectly complement the style chosen.

Selected for the offices is Nashi, luminaire in a grey finish, while in the corridors we find Dracma LED counter-ceiling panels.

Nashi is a modular, direct-light system, available with either LED or traditional (T5 fluorescent) light source. With an extruded aluminium body and die-cast aluminium end caps, it is also available with accessories such as anti-reflective optical coatings or diffuser screens. For this particular project it was proposed in its suspended, LED version, in a grey finish.
Dracma is a LED panel that can be applied directly to the ceiling, suspended, or recessed into plasterboard counter-ceilings and suspended tile ceilings with visible frames. The body is in extruded white aluminium, while the diffuser screen is in methacrylate for excellent light distribution. This product has a glare rating of UGR <19.
