For over 90 years, Frigerio Gomme has been the biggest name in Milan for anything pertaining to tyres, repairs and maintenance. Consistently at the cutting edge of tyre construction technology with modern and professional equipment, their 11 sites spread across the city, are equally modern.

During the renovation of the Frigerio Gomme premises on Via Filippino Lippi, Rossini Illuminazione played an important role by supplying the lighting equipment.

Frigerio Gomme chose Manat by Rossini Illuminazione for the workshop space, which required particularly high light emission, given the 6-metre-high walls. The product is comprised of a die-cast aluminium body and satin crystal glass light diffuser to protect the light source.

At the entrance to the workshop, a long corridor leads not only into the working area, but also through the company’s history, with a number of posters celebrating the long-standing Pirelli calendar, as the company is the garage’s partner brand. The passage is dotted with pictures, lit up with Daikon, LED strips, mounted in Ginger, recessed aluminium profiles, which serve to dissipate the heat. The LED strips light up the entire wall, with a chosen colour temperature of 4000K, giving a neutral light that brings out the true colours of the prints.
